Kindly note that TOTAL Tools products that are purchased from an unauthorized retailer will not be covered by TOTAL Tools Malaysia's Warranty.

TOTAL Tools Malaysia's authorized retailers are selected for their commitment to sell only genuine TOTAL Tools products. Products sold by our authorized retailers are purchased from LSK Hardware Trading Sdn. Bhd. or through proper distribution channels. These products will be entitled to our warranty coverage.

However, there are some sellers who acquire TOTAL Tools goods from an unknown or improper source. Products sold by an unauthorized seller may be stolen, defective, damaged, pirated, or not suitable or not intended for use in Malaysia. Due to these concerns, we do not provide warranty coverage for TOTAL Tools products that are sold online by unauthorized retailers.
